This is a early access review I will replace this review in the future either on launch or when I feel the game has changed in a significant way. Build a tool of destruction medieval style. Legos made of wood and metal with a variety of weapons to choose from and arguably limitless design potential. The gameplay to this game is pretty simple, you start in a building mode with an objective and you need to build a machine capable of completing it. Every single type of block is available at every point in the game. The only thing that limits you for level progression is your starting area and the size of the machine you build. During the building stage you can employ a modest size of different blocks many with unique mechanics like springs and pistons, wheel, propellers and lots more. A week after early access launch and they already added a few new unique mechanics in the form of new blocks so can only assume the potential arsenal available to the play will increase more and more as time goes on. The game has a large amount of bloom to it but I don't find it offensive to the eyes. The game balances cartoony with gore in a appealing way.
Disclaimer/Disclosure: This is an early access review and my opinion of the game at this point in development. Right now I believe the game is solid for the price from the amount of fun I am having. I did receive a review copy of this game from the devs but have not been compensated in any way, these opinions are firmly my own and I do not believe them to be swayed by any external forces.
